Article 1.- Purpose

content-creator is a private tool of a single operator. It generates posts with the help of artificial intelligence and publishes them to social pages and accounts that the operator owns or administers. No third party connects their accounts.

Article 2.- Meta permissions

To publish to the Facebook Page and Instagram it uses the Meta Graph API with the permissions pages_manage_posts, pages_read_engagement, instagram_basic and instagram_content_publish.

Article 3.- What it does not do

It does not receive or read direct messages, comments or webhooks. It does not use Facebook Login, has no user accounts and has no database. Its access is restricted.

Article 4.- Data stored

On the operator’s server it stores: access keys and tokens as environment variables with restricted access, drafts and posts as JSON files, generated or uploaded images and operational logs.

Article 5.- Third parties that receive content

Post text and images are sent to Google Gemini, Groq and Cloudinary (image hosting and delivery). Optionally, to OpenAI, Stability AI and Leonardo (image generation) and SerpAPI (news search).

Article 6.- Retention

There is no automatic deletion job: items are kept until the operator deletes them. See the data deletion page to request removal.
